After the incredible success of Transformational Leadership Coaching, we’re back for Year Two —and this experience is more powerful than ever! This exclusive, small-group virtual cohort brings driven leaders together once a month to sharpen their goals, clarify mission and vision, strengthen strategic plans, and elevate fundraising—working directly with Dr. McBath and his team of certified coaches.

Designed for for-profit leaders, nonprofit executives, and coaches, each 45-minute Zoom session offers personalized coaching, real-time feedback, and space for meaningful questions. Groups are intentionally limited, every session is recorded for flexible replay, and participants receive monthly one-on-one check-ins to ensure accountability and momentum. With no contracts, a proven track record, and a supportive community of peers, this is leadership development that delivers real results.
